TALENT DEVELOPMENT
In Talent Development, students practice implementing strategies they
have learned during instruction while they plan connecting with
individuals who have expertise in specific areas of interest.
Some recent examples:
Malcolm Pray of Pray Achievement Center shared his knowledge about
cars with an Inclusion Teaming student.
Art Horn, Meteorologist shared his knowledge and experience about
meteorology and related sciences with an Inclusion Teaming student.
Musician, Anonymous, shared his knowledge about producing, song
writing, etc., with Inclusion Teaming student.

BULLYING RESPONSE TEAMS
These unique teams practice skills by demonstrating to others that
knowledge about social skill differences can reduce bullying behavior.
In addition, our senior groups my agree to work with students who
have completed the instruction on The Roots of Bullying Behavior
through our Bullying Intervention Program. Students who have
completed the instruction must make an application to our senior
teams.
LEADERSHIP
Intern Leaders
Juniors and seniors in high school who have completed two Inclusion
Teaming courses. They assist and support staff and newcomers.
Paid Leaders
High school graduates who have completed two
Inclusion Teaming courses may apply. They share in the design
and implementation of the program.
